How long does it take for my profile title, profile photos, etc., to be approved?
Your profile text, images, and documents will all be approved within 24 hours. In order for your profile items to go through the approval process, your account must first be verified and you must have a verified phone number.
Are my profiles linked together on the site? Can the Callers tell that multiple profiles are all mine?
Your Profiles are not linked together on the site in the eyes of the caller/customer. Your Profiles can be in completely different categories. How much can I charge per minute?
The maximum you can charge is $5.99 per minute. If you have an argument to charge more, please send an e-mail to psychicsupport@psychics.com for review; if approved, we will increase your rate.
What should I do if I get a caller who I think is underage?
If you believe that a caller is underage, please disconnect the call and send an email to psychicsupport@psychics.com with the caller’s username and why you believe they are underage.
Are the calls monitored?
We do not monitor calls. Psychics.com offers a connection service between callers and talkers by providing our software, but privacy is completely guaranteed. While calls are not monitored or listened to, we do have proprietary software that analyzes calls for violations of our terms and conditions.
What if a caller makes me uncomfortable?
