Please verify that your payee name in your “My Account” page matches the SSN/Tax ID that you have entered. Next, verify that your address is correct if you selected a check payout. If you selected Direct Deposit, make sure your bank and routing number are correct. If all of the information is correct, verify that it has been 3 business days since the payout was processed, and if so, email psychicsupport@psychics.com with as much information as possible about the missing payout.
