There was a call recently and I don’t see the money I should have earned from it?

Occasionally there is a delay in the earnings from a call posting into your earnings history. We are aware of the issue and are working on getting it corrected.

In the meantime, you can always continue to email psychicsupport@psychics.com about any missed earnings, but we suggest that you wait until the earnings are missing for over 24 hours (1 complete business day if this occurs over a weekend) before contacting support. Any concerns about incorrectly posted earnings should still be addressed immediately.

How can my profile get more attention?

To make yourself available, log on to the website. At the top of the page, just to the left of the Main Menu, click the red ‘orb’ button to show the ‘service status window’. Then, click the Unavailable link next to the service you wish to enable. The Unavailable link will change to Available. To go offline, just click the link again. When you make yourself available only for Phone Calls, or only for Web Chat, your ‘status light’ orb will change to yellow. If you make yourself available for both Web Chat and Phone Calls, the status light orb will change to green.

You should also consider adding a profile photo.  Profiles without photos do not receive as many calls.

We are doing substantial advertising both on- and offline, but you can also promote your own profile.

You can find some promotional tools to advertise your profile directly through your social media and blogging accounts by selecting Promotional Tools from the profile dashboard: log on to your Psychic account and select the profile on the left-hand side.

 

How do I update my phone numbers?

You can update your phone number(s) by going to your Main Menu and clicking “Phone Manager.”

  1. You will see a “My Phone Number” overlay with your established phone number(s) listed.
  2. Click the “Add Number” button.
  3. Enter the 10 digit Phone Number, area code first.
  4. Click the “Add” button.

After you add the new phone number, follow the appropriate verification steps.

How do I verify my phone number?

Once you are registered as a Psychic and you log on to the site you will be on the “Dashboard” page.

*Note: You can verify your phone number via phone or SMS.


SMS Verification

Verifying your number via SMS verifies it for phone calls as well as texting. 

Enter your 10-digit phone number. Then click the ‘Next Step‘ button.

The next screen will display an option to Send Code, if you click this button, you are attempting to verify for phone calls and SMS.

If you choose to verify your phone number for calls and SMS, click the “Send Code” button, and then enter the code that was sent to your phone and click Verify Code.


 Phone Call Verification

Verifying via the phone will only verify your number for phone calls.

Enter your 10-digit phone number. Then click the ‘Next Step‘ button.

On the next screen under the Send Code button, click the words “I can’t receive texts…” and then click Call Me.

You will receive a call from our system and when prompted you should enter the code that will appear on your computer screen.

You can edit and add numbers by using the My Phone Numbers option at any time.
