Currently we do not have actual featured profiles. The profiles that are showing on the featured front page of the site are determined by an algorithm that takes into account when a psychic is logged in as available for calls, if they have a profile photo, if they are also available for webchat, how many stars they have for their rating, as well as how many reviews that they have received.
We may change the featured selection in the coming future, and if we do we will send out a Psychic Update email with instructions on how to request being featured.
