You can attach image or .mp3/.mp4 files as well as recorded voice/audio greeting through the on-site messaging system.
If you want to attach an image/multimedia file that has previously been approved for your account, the attachment will be sent immediately; if you attach a new file, the attachment will have to be approved before the Caller can see it.
You can charge a maximum of $10 for on-site Messages sent with or without attachments.

Ready to talk live? Click the “Call Me” button on any Psychic profile to initiate a one-on-one phone call. When the “Call” modal opens there are two options to choose from to place a call.
You can choose “”LET US CONNECT YOU””. You must have a verified phone number on your account to use “”LET US CONNECT YOU””. Using this option also allows you to select these parameters for the phone call:
- Confirm that you want to connect with the psychic at the per minute rate.
- Select to change your phone number or add a new phone number to receive the call.
- Select if you want to pay with funds from your wallet, your saved credit card, or wallet and saved credit card.
- Select which saved credit card you want to have billed if you have more than one credit card on your account.
Before you hit the CONNECT NOW button, please toggle the ‘Record this session’ option by checking or unchecking the box.
Next click the “Connect Now” button.
Our anonymous phone system will call the Advisor that you selected, and if he or she is available to take the call, we will then call you on your verified phone number. You will not be charged until you are connected with the Advisor.
If you would prefer to call into our system to connect with your Advisor, you can dial 800-9PSYCHIC (1-800-977-9242). Make sure you have the Advisor profile number you wish to connect with, as well as your account number and pin. This information is displayed on the “Call” modal. If your pin number is not displayed, use the “CLICK HERE” link to display it.
If you like using Option 2 we suggest that you keep a written record of your account number and pin number as well as any Advisor profile numbers that you want to call. You will be asked to enter all this information when you make a call using 800-9PSYCHIC (1-800-977-9242).
Changing your password is easy, just go to “Change Password” under Main Menu, then enter your current password in the top slot and add your new password in next two spaces provided for New Password and New Password Again.
Many Psychics record audio stories you can purchase to enjoy at your leisure. Click on the “View my Products” link on any profile to review the audio story details, such as price and duration.
If you click on the price located on the right side of the product, you will receive an additional page showing the star ratings detail for the audio story. Click the blue bar to confirm the purchase of the audio story. This page will also display your wallet balance after the purchase.
After photos, nothing informs a Caller’s choice of a Psychic more than feedback. Adding a review after every phone call helps reward good Psychics for their efforts, and instructs less-than-gifted Psychics how to improve their service.
After each call is ended the “”Review Your Call With”” modal will display to choose a star rating and add your review comments.
If you do not leave a review at that time, when you are logged on to your account you can click Main Menu then click Account History and go to the calls page. A “”Leave Review”” link will be displayed for any talker you have not reviewed. The “”Leave Review”” link will only be displayed for 72 hours after the call.
Once you are registered as a Psychic and you log on to the site you will be on the “Dashboard” page.
You will see “Verify your private account information”. Click the DO THIS button.
The verification process requires that you upload an image of you holding your photo identification that you can clearly read your birth date. Please scan/take a picture of your ID and save it to your computer before proceeding. Your personal ID can be your Drivers License with photo, state ID with photo or a passport with photo.

Choose the folder on your computer where your ID is stored.
Click on your ID file.

When you receive a call from Psychics.com, the number on your caller identification will be 1-800-977-9244 (1-800-9-Psychic).
If you do not answer the phone, the caller will not receive your voice mail.
When you answer the call, you will be required to press 1 to connect to the caller. So even if your voice mail picks up, you will not have to press 1 to accept the call and the caller will never be connected to you. There may be a chance you receive a voice mail with the ‘hello’ message from our system with the preamble that you are receiving a call, but the caller will not be connected, so there is no need to change your voice greeting on your answering machine.
While we understand sometimes there are sudden circumstances that may require you to miss a call from our system, we ask that you please be considerate to our callers and make sure you are only marked as ‘Available’ during times that you will be able to answer the phone call.
Before your profiles go through the approval process, your account and phone numbers must be verified.
When you log in to your account, you are taken to your account dashboard. You will see a yellow notice that says “verify your private account information”. When you click on the “Do This” button it will take you to another page where you must upload an image of yourself holding your photo identification.
Once your identity is verified, you must also verify your phone number. To do this, go to “Main Menu” and select “My Phone Number”. Enter your 10-digit phone number.
The next screen will display an option to Send Code, if you click this button, you are attempting to verify for phone calls and SMS.
If you can’t receive text, please click on the wording, “I can’t receive texts…”
If you choose to verify your phone number for calls and SMS, click the “Send Code” button, and then enter the code that was sent to your phone and click Verify Code.
If you choose to verify your phone number for calls only, you should click “I can’t receive texts…” and then click Call Me.
You will receive a call from our system when prompted enter the code that will appear on your computer screen.
Once you complete both of these steps your profile will go through the approval process within 24 hours and then be live on the site to begin receiving calls.
