Live Video Calls on Psychics.com let you connect face-to-face with your favorite Advisors — or enjoy one-way Insight Calls, where your camera is visible to your Advisor, but theirs remains off.
Step 1: Find an Advisor Available for Live Video Calls
- Look for profiles displaying the “Video Call with Me” button.
- Only Advisors who are properly set up and available will show this option.
Step 2: Request a Live Video Call
- Click “Video Call with Me” on the Advisor’s profile.
- Choose your preferred call type:
- Two-Way Video Call: Both you and the Advisor are visible.
- Insight Call: Your camera feed is visible to the Advisor, but their camera remains off. You can still hear each other through your browsers.
- Ensure your camera and microphone are enabled in your browser.

Step 3: Wait for the Advisor to Join
- After you request a Live Video Call, the Advisor receives a push or SMS notification.
- Most Advisors respond quickly, but allow them up to 90 seconds to join.
Step 4: Enjoy Your Live Video Session
- Two-Way Calls: Both your camera and microphone will be active, and you can mute or hide your camera at any time.
- Insight Calls: Only your camera feed is visible.
- You can chat freely throughout the call.
Step 5: Ending the Call
- Click “End Call” anytime to finish.
- The Advisor may also end the session if necessary, but generally allows the Member to end it.

- Ensure a stable internet connection for best video quality.
- Enable your camera and microphone when prompted.
