Firefox needs permission to use your camera and microphone for live video readings with Advisors.

Step-by-Step Instructions

First time:

1. Open Firefox and visit Psychics.com; sign in.
2. Start a live video reading with an Advisor.
3. When asked, select the correct Camera and Microphone (if prompted), then click Allow.

If you blocked permissions or don’t see the prompt:

1. Click the lock icon next to the URL → review Permissions for Use the Camera/Microphone → set to Allow.
2. Or go to Firefox Menu (≡) → Settings → Privacy & Security → Permissions.
   Click Settings… next to Camera and Microphone, set Psychics.com to Allow.
3. Refresh the page.
