How to Enable Your Camera and Microphone in Safari for Live Video Readings on Psychics.com

Step-by-Step Instructions
First time you start a video reading:
- Visit Psychics.com and log in.
- Start a live video reading with an Advisor.
- When Safari asks for access to camera and microphone, click Allow.
If you don’t see the prompt or previously clicked Deny:
- In the menu bar, click Safari → Settings for This Website…
(or Settings → Websites in newer macOS). - For Camera and Microphone, choose Allow next to Psychics.com.
- Refresh the page.
Troubleshooting
- Quit other apps using the camera/mic (FaceTime, Zoom).
- macOS: Apple menu → System Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera/Microphone → check Safari.
- Restart Safari or reconnect external devices.
