Psychics.com now supports live video readings so you can connect face to face with your favorite Advisors. To use video, Chrome needs permission to access your camera and microphone. Follow the steps below.
Step-by-Step Instructions
When starting a video reading for the first time:
- Go to Psychics.com and sign in.
- Start a live video reading with an Advisor.
- When Chrome asks “Allow Psychics.com to use your camera and microphone?” click Allow.
- Your video should appear and you’re ready to begin.
If you blocked permissions or don’t see the prompt:
- Click the lock icon next to the Psychics.com URL.
- Set Camera and Microphone to Allow.
- Refresh the page.
Troubleshooting
- Close other apps using the camera/mic (Zoom, Teams).
- Windows: Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera/Microphone → allow Chrome.
- macOS: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera/Microphone → check Chrome.
- Restart Chrome or reconnect external devices.
